I have stopped by here quite a few times. The staff is very professional and they go the extra mile to answer questions to make sure they understand the needs of the customer to the best of their ability concerning their products. I stopped in one day and saw a necklace on one of the staff members who told me more about her Albania culture, which I’ve been learning more about lately. It put me in the mind of the first book I wrote and also reminded me of how I used to sing to my daughter when she was born. I happen to be walking for exercise about 2-3 days later and decided to stop by for a beverage, while listening to one of my favorite songs in one of my book playlist. The same young woman with the necklace took my order as I was singing and I remembered that she mentioned the Albanian culture appreciates marriage and weddings, while I was signing (singing about my love for my wife). So the staff got to witness me being the songbird that I am. It was cool that the staff could reactivate something I enjoy doing (randomly singing just because) all from a true customer service experience that was more than just a purchase, but people enjoying seeing other people just be themselves.

This is by far the worst Beyond Juicery location I’ve ever visited. The smoothies never taste the same, and they’re often not blended properly. I spoke with the supervisor about the issue, but they didn’t even offer to remake my smoothie. I decided to give this location another chance, but the next time I ordered a smoothie bowl, it was missing ingredients. The service is very unprofessional, and the quality is consistently poor. I’ve visited multiple Beyond Juicery locations throughout Michigan, and this is without a doubt the worst one. I won’t be returning to this location. 0 stars

I hope I’m reviewing the right Beyond Juicery + Eatery, it looks like a franchise, so I’m guessing the service and quality are fairly consistent across locations. I was waiting for another store to open and decided to pop in for a quick bite. We grabbed a egg, bacon, avocado and cheese toastie to share, and it was absolutely delicious. Simple, fresh and really hit the spot. The store itself was bright, clean and had seating. The staff were friendly, and having a bathroom available was a nice bonus. I wasn’t in the mood for a juice or smoothie this time, but they looked really good and I’d definitely be tempted to try one on a future visit.

What the heck? Who in their right mind would think it’s ok to put this on my sandwich? Just noticed they looked like is on the last bites! Was it on my whole sandwich? I’m glad I spend $13 on this

I love this place for the healthy food, value and convenience. The wraps are huge. They are really two meals, but when I’m hungry I can’t resist. Even better, it’s all good stuff. To top it off, I place the order online after work and by the time I get there it’s ready at the pick up drive thru. Easy and simple. This is my new go to place! Thank you for being awesome😊
